This is going to be set aside for specific congratulations for certain members. Tribalwar members, a reminder: these forums are CHILD-SAFE. Make sure that any graphics contributed are likewise! We've already had a couple of members be caught off guard by the "child-safe" (as opposed to merely "work-safe", which is our usual modus operandi), and unfortunately entire threads have sometimes been deleted because of that.

Note also that these should be major milestones, as specified in the rules. This should cut down on the total number of threads, as each milestone can be put here instead of getting its own thread (although that is allowed for major milestones -- significant enough events will still get their own threads).
