Can someone please fix this task so it doesn't cause an error or stop it completely? Or has this already been done as indicated by "Other" for latest set of batches

The other at the end of your list with the 1/1/1970 dates suggest it's already been taken out. The rule is after the first 7 errors returned, which as you see happens to be the total of those others. You cant stop the rest if all 19 have already been send.
----------------------------------------If it were a larger batch issue, the techs can prepare an abort message, but not heard of that so far. Curiously all crashed at around 1:30 hours into the task.

A work unit I returned has been given to 30 devices. 7 of those devices have returned an error. 22 devices have been marked as inconclusive and one unit is still in progress. Pass... every time you think to know something permanent it flies in the face. Maybe there is another rule for RICE hooking in v.v. the inconclusives. Not remembering if there is a top out rule that cuts off when an overall number of copies is exceeded on a result.
----------------------------------------Obviously techs are not alerted over a few errors for a single result. Batches consist of thousands. They have fail stats with the conditions and if large enough will investigate without us prompting them.

So, I guess there is some kind of control on these situations and members who check the status of their work really don't need to worry themselves if they find a few exceptional work units? |

We are having some issues with some individual Rice work units. The problem seems to be isolated to these - as you say - exceptional work units.
