Hierarchy denominations?

Hello everybody,

Could someone please tell me how the different hierarchical denominations on the WCG forum are ordered?

I'm talking about the "cruncher", "Senior cruncher", and so on. At this point, I have found these six titles, but I don't know if there are more, and how they are ranked.

Cruncher – ace cruncher – master cruncher - advanced cruncher - senior cruncher – veteran cruncher.

The community advisors could be placed on there as well, but they don't seem to be given that title on the basis of points, but more on the basis of their forum activity - am I right about this?

Looking forward to a reply :-)

Re: Hierarchy denominations?

Not based upon points, based on the number of posts.....

Re: Hierarchy denominations?

A year later and some resolved to stop smoking in 2009 again. Yours could have been to tell inquiring folk more than your ...... half liners. That is what fosters a relation for the new to stay. True?

The Start Here forum has a topic on the forum titles. Section 12 of the index.

Re: Hierarchy denominations?

As answered yesterday (but in a thread whose title is not related...) detailed explanations are there http://wcg.wikia.com/wiki/Forum_titles

Cheers. Jean.

Edit:
PS: Not much longer answer than Scribe's, but more useful, hopefully. smile

It is proven: Benevolent human beings can also bicker :-)

Thanks for the links. It does indeed seem strange that people are rated as crunchers on the basis of their forum activity instead of their crunching activity when the crunching stats are readily available.

But I guess WCG had their reasons to shape the system like this, and the badges are there, anyway.

Re: Hierarchy denominations?

Hi Trommes,
The forum software came with the ability to count posts and assign titles based on the count. We just adjusted the actual titles and possibly the numbers of posts required per title. The badges are a recent addition that we have programmed ourselves.
