short deadline concern

Hi, I've been getting Clean Project workunits that are extras when there are inconclusive, aborted, ect.... and the deadlines are like for 2 days. Is there a way to extend those deadlines when it's for workunits beyond the two initial replications? I had to remove myself from the Clean Project research for the fact, I might return workunits late due to a very short deadline.

I'm still crunching for other WCG projects. I'll return to Clean Project if the deadlines are longer for workunits ending in 2 +.

Re: short deadline concern

I just started working on these units. I have an intell quad core ruining them. Right now its about 12-20-09 10am in my time zone and I got 5 projects that say 15h till completion with a due date of 12-21-08 9:30pm!! and more that are due on the 22ed at almost 8pm. Why so short of a dead line. Other projects are not due till the 1-3ed of Jan. Clean Energy Project 6.19 E000044_428A_00055e014_2 is one of the ones due in 35 hours.

Why so short of a dead line.

I hope your quad is not ruining them too much! smile

Regarding the short deadlines please see the thread below (one of the too many addressing the subject nowadays) where I have just posted an answer.
Inconclusive work units

Cheers. Jean.
