I'm running BOINC 5.10.20 under Windows XP SP3.
When I want to see my results status, I receive a pop-up messagen telling that it cannot find my browser and suggest to add my browser path in the environment varisble BROWSER. Where is this variable located? THanks for your answer |

I get this on some machines. Simply open your browser first then click on the link.

Windows has several places to specify the default browser. Setting a variable is done in the System control panel, advanced, environment variables. The other place is Program Access & Settings. Click on the Customize radio button and choose the browser. Normally inside the browser itself you can specify to check if it's default.
----------------------------------------I've specified in Firefox to open pop ups if any in a tab of the same window instead of opening a new window. Here's an FAQ: http://boincfaq.mundayweb.com/index.php?view=235 I've not tried to follow those instructions.
