During the recent beta testing for the Clean Energy Project, my machines experienced a few problems.
In 2 cases, it might have helped the techs if I had been able to add a comment to the result. In one case, I made a post to the beta support forum. If comments were stored in association with results records, the techs could see these immediately if they were investigating failed WUs. It might also save some clutter in the fora. - HTH
My examples:
1) Error status (unhandled exception) which I attribute to underpowered VRMs for CPU on motherboard allowing voltage to drop under extra load caused by new thirstier software. Reported on forum.
2) I aborted a stuck download which I think arose due to shutting down the computer while it was downloading. BOINC v6.2.28.
