I think you should go on a beta free diet. Medical research has proven that too many betas can cause excessive envy which may shorten your life expectancy.

If on Beta blockers your receptors can upgrade such that by stopping acutely you end up with a significat increase in ones hypertension which is even more harmful to ones health. The point. There isn't one!
