Thread: Team Challenge results not correct? |

I searched the forums looking for an answer to why this may be so and couldn't find any so I thought I'd post this up and see if anyone knows what's going on with the Challenge results. It's probably just a "DOH" on my part but I think I understand how all the different Challenge types work.
Our team recently entered 6 Challenges 4 of which ended "yesterday" (11/30). Out of the 6, the results show we finished 2nd in 2 of the Challenges and 1st in 4 of them.  Looking at Thanksgiving Thanks it looks like we did finish 2nd. No problem there. Looking at this one it appears to me that we finished 17th not 2nd. On this one it looks like we finished 2nd, not 1st. Here I see 14th not 1st. Looking here I see 2nd not 1st. Finally on this last one it looks like we did indeed finish 1st. No problem here either. So if anyone that's familiar with the Team Challenges could enlighten me, that would be great. Thanks! |

Yes, there is a known bug in the computation of the % improvement. Hopefully it will be fixed with the next website update release which should happen say within next 1 to 2 weeks. Probably it goes together with a new project launch, but it's as always all hands on deck.

Thanks for the explanation Sekerob.
That explains the iincrease in xx challenges. However it also looks like the results returned Challenges are reporting the final position incorrectly as well. Would you happen to know if this is part of that issue? |

With 1,250 result, 2nd is correct Finally on this last one it looks like we did indeed finish 1st. No problem here either. Confirmed So if anyone that's familiar with the Team Challenges could enlighten me, that would be great. Thanks! So, the % improvement challenges are wrong and the absolute races pure on results, points and CPU time are correct... that's what is my assessment.
