I am not sure I have understood your question correctly, so I shall give you real crunching times and you will scale things the way you want.
When it is running at 2.88 GHz (most of the time) my Q6600's average crunching time for a HCC WU is about 2.8 hours under Ubuntu 64-bit and 3.8 hours under XP 32-bit.
