Hello everybody,
I recently got an old computer from a friend. Only problem is it has Ubuntu 8.10 on it.  Now I tried to install BOINC on it. But it says it can't install the program. I tried to find some info on the topic here in the forum and on the internet. But no luck. So anyone has some ideas about it? Greetings Hollandia |

I was able to install it on Ubuntu 7.04 by following the directions here:
