When one saves the selection of the profile (default/home/school) for a device, there is no confirmation message or change of screen.
When one saves a change to the parameters of a profile, a new screen appears, with a message that the profile has been saved. Confirmation of a change of selection of profile would be reassuring, and would be consistent with the change to parameters of profile. My preference would be for a message to appear under the Save button, showing the previous and newly-saved selections, rather than switching to a new screen. HTH |

Hi Rick,
----------------------------------------Revisited my "Work" profile you don't list, saved a change and the next screen says up over "Device Manager Your profile has been successfully updated." Some of the WCG screens are Javascript dependent, so maybe that's the reason your screen is not updating? cheers

Go to your Device Manager and click on one of your devices. You will get a screen showing the name (only) of this device's profile, in a list box where you can choose among your defined profiles.
(I get a choice of only 3 profiles because as I just discovered, I have not defined a "work" profile). Click "Save". If you made a change before you clicked Save, the page will clear, then refresh to an identical-looking page. If you did not make a change before clicking Save, the page will not clear, possibly because the browser refreshes the page from cache. The save button will briefly change colour, etc, but will then revert to its original appearance. There is no message confirming the save action in either case. |

Forgot about that one... yep it's somewhere buried in a list of things to look at. The screen, given I'm short of memory could use the showing of the device for which the profile selection change is requested as well.
----------------------------------------The reddish appears when hovering the button, but that's just showing that it got the mouses attention. cheers
