Is there a status page on the website showing the status of the servers and giving information about the availablity of tasks? I wasn't able to find one.
I haven't had any new tasks for a while, for the first time since joining the WCG, and wanted to check what the situation was. |

No, WCG is not publishing work availability. The messages in the client log tell if work is available for any of the 5 projects and if not, optionally, will give alternate WCG work if the preferred project(s) is/are currently out. When there is e.g. no DDDT work, the client will show this in red print and tell if there was work for other WCG projects.
----------------------------------------As for server status, again, WCG does not provide that information directly. Some 3rd party sites report it though like http://www.esea.dk/esea/boincschedulers.php , otherwise, again if your client has proper internet connection will do a 2 part test: 1. First if the project server is up 2. If a reference site is up. If either of 2 fail the message log will indicate that.
