La opción de "cambiar entre aplicaciones cada X minutos" no hace nada si estás sólo en WCG. Es para cambiar entre proyectos, no entre aplicaciones de un mismo proyecto.
(en realidad creo que en las últimas versiones de BOINC no tiene mucha utilidad en general, por como cambiaron la forma en que el cliente decide por donde seguir) |

3 aplicaciones se pasaron de su tiempo ya que no mantengo todos los días encendida la maquina por mas de 24 horas y el tiempo invertido fue perdido... ¿Cómo tienes la opción de "conectar cada X días"? Esa es la que usa para decidir cuánto trabajo descargar. El servidor trata de "mantenerte ocupado" pero al mismo tiempo que llegues a tiempo a enviar los resultados. Por ejemplo, si esa opción estuviera en 5 días, no te enviaría nada que tengas que devolver en 3 días; asume que para cuando te conectes a Internet (en 5 días) ya habrá llegado a la fecha de límite. Por lo tanto, esa opción debería coincidir con qué tan seguido la computadora tiene acceso a Internet. Otra cosa que podrías hacer es: antes de apagar la máquina, haz un "update" al proyecto para que reporte el trabajo completado |

I think the challenge would be that too many members could set their system to immediate upload, thereby overloading the server. Maybe the server could examine the characteristics of a computer and decide to demand the upload or the system could even force an upload if you are exiting Boinc.
