I know IBM supports the WCG, but do they offer a BOINC client for the AIX POWER4, 5 & 6 processor platforms?
I have a few of these beasts in an Active/Passive HACMP environment that could be put to good use on the passive nodes. Ideas? Thanks! Ryan |

Sorry, there are far too few AIX machines available to make it practical for World Community Grid to support the platform.
BOINC is available for AIX, but you will not be able to run World Community Grid projects using it. |

SETI@home, SIMAP and soon Genetic Life would support AIX.
