highly expressed gene

Hi,
I am a graduate student from INDIA. I am looking for the highly and lowly expressed genes of rice and Arabidopsis genome. I know that there is a database called MPSS for this purpose but due to lack of my knowledge I am not able to extract out the data of my interest from this database. I would be very grateful if anyone provide me the list of loci of thoes genes.So please help me in this regards.Sorry for my bad english.You can mail me at sanjaysingh765@gmail.com also.

Hi,

Suppose you are talking about the database that can be found in this link:
http://mpss.udel.edu/at/ . If not, you will have to tell which database you're specifically talking about. Maybe someone into this is willing to help you to find a way of extraction.

Meantime, suggest you remove your mail address or make it so that email scavengers wont be able to automatically add you to their spam lists.
