I've been using this for a while, and lately my stats on the website have not been updating, and i cannot seem to change my profile.
The stats on the website are way behind the stats that are listed in the client. And on top of that, i changed my device settings/profile so that it would use more of my system resources, but it wont show the changes on the client. help please, i'm sick of this :( |

Detox,
I looked you up in the database and it looks like you registered yourself a second time. I'm guessing that you had to uninstall the agent for some reason and then when you reinstalled it you created a new member name. this is the name i've been running under. i reformated my computer and must have done the stuff wrong. Is there anyway i can get the points transfered to my Detox account, and have this account deleted? also how do i log off and back into the other account?

Travis -- There is no way to pull your points across from your earlier account. The WCG is planning to make code changes which would allow a user to merge duplicated devices within his or her account, but I am not sure that the planned change would allow the merge from one userid into another. In any event, that change may take some time even as dedicated as the WCG techs are. When you say "log off and back into the other account," I assume you are wanting to change the userid of the WCG task running in the background on your machine (instead of logging on to the WCG Grid web site). The only way that this could be done that I am aware of would be to uninstall and then install the software. When it comes to entering your name on the re-install, you would have to indicate that you already have an account and then use the user name from your old account.
