Here is a notebook cooler called, The Targus Chill Mat which is a dual fan platform which sits under the notebook and runs off the USB power. It's plastic, but actually does work as stated. The cost is about $20 at places like New Egg.

I figured this would be good for anyone with a notebook that overheats or might run the WCG on it.
