y a t il des francais qui peuvent m aider ?

merci de me contacter par mail

je comprends pas, mon pc fait les procédures de calcul
Boinc enverrait automatiquement les résultats et pourtant sur internet c est comme si je n avais rien fait
taches envoyées = 0 points = 0

alors que mon onlget projet se rempli ?

pouvez vous m aider a comprendre comment cela est possible ?

Salut et bienvenue Stéphane!
Pas d'affolement, il y a des chances que tout se passe bien et qu'il s'agisse simplement d'attendre que toutes les étapes se déroulent à leur rythme.
Pour voir le détail de ces étapes voir cet autre message où j'ai justement tout expliqué en français cette semaine.

Pour voir le détail des unités de travail et leur statut actuel cliquer "Mes calculs" puis "Etat des résultats".

Tout ce que je viens de dire suppose évidemment que vous n'êtes en train de calculer activement que depuis quelques jours, et non pas depuis votre date d'inscription auquel cas nous aurions un autre problème plus sérieux. Mais là encore, si c'est le cas, rien de dramatique. On devrait ariver à arranger ça. smile

deouis environ 1 semaine je calcule 4 a 5 heures par jour

apres le premier envoi j ai recu cela

pare feu windiws desactive
antivirus avast desactivé
activite reglé sur réseau toujours disponible

comment est ce possible de ne pas pouvoir envoyer les résultats alors que je reçois des nouvelles taches a chaque fois que je termine une tache ??

merci de m aider car mes échéances sont proches

Please open BOINC Manager, in the advanced view. Look on the projects tab under "account". What does it say?

OK. On va essayer de trier tout ça. smile

Tout d'abord, sur le site WCG, quand vous allez dans "Etat des résultats" je suppose que toutes les unités de travail ont pour état "En cours". Correct? Sinon dites-moi ce que vous voyez. Pas tout le détail mais par exemple xx unités "En cours", yy unités "Validation en attente", etc...

Dans Boinc Manager, si vous n'y êtes pas déjà passez en vue avancée, puis sélectionnez l'onglet Tâches. Assurez vous que vous voyez la colonne Etat tout à fait à droite et dites-moi combien vous avez de tâches pour chaque état différent, Calculs en cours, Prêt à démarrer, etc... y compris éventuellement "pas d'état affiché".

Sélectionnez ensuite l'onglet Transferts.
Si des fichiers en cours ou en attente de transfert sont visibles sélectionnez-en un puis cliquez sur "Réessayer maintenant".
Allez ensuite dans l'onglet Messages et voyez
- si Boinc a essayé de télécharger ce fichier
- si oui sélectionnez les lignes de messages à partir de "Starting upload", cliquez sur "Copier les messages selectionnés" et collez-les dans votre prochain post.

Enfin, arrêtez puis redémarrez Boinc, allez dans l'onglet Messages, copiez (comme précédemment) tous les messages depuis "Starting Boinc..." jusqu'à "Restarting task..." ou plus loin si vous voyez quelque chose qui vous intrigue, et collez ces lignes dans votre prochain post également.

Merci pour les réponses et pour les détails.
Je crois que tout marche bien et que Didactylos un peu plus tôt a posé la bonne question: quand vous allez dans l'onglet Projets quel nom trouvez-vous dans la colonne "Compte". Je pense comme lui que vous avez deux noms de membre différents et que vous ne vous identifiez pas sur le site avec le même que celui utilisé par Boinc.

La lecture de vos messages montre que Boinc renvoie bien les fichiers de résultats dès la fin d'une tâche et qu'il la "reporte" correctement lors de la demande de travail suivante.
Elle montre aussi que vous utilisez beaucoup trop le bouton "Mettre à jour", sans effet d'ailleurs puisque tout se passe bien tout seul, mais je suppose que vous n'en ressentirez plus le besoin lorsque tout sera clarifié. smile

Et si quand vous dites "mon onglet projet se remplit" vous voulez dire que les crédits augmentent dans "Travail effectué" ça confirme que tout se passe bien et que simplement vous ne regardez pas dans le bon compte sur le site.

Tout est bien qui finit bien.
N'oubliez pas
- de réactiver le pare-feu et l'antivirus
- de réactiver les tâches suspendues car Boinc ne demandera pas de nouveau travail tant qu'elles le seront.

A ce propos, normalement vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de ça. Si des tâches dans votre liste risquent de manquer la date limite Boinc les prioritise et met les tâches moins urgentes en attente lui-même. Mais à moins que vous ayez un emploi du temps très irrégulier (c'est-à-dire difficile à prévoir pour Boinc) la situation ne devrait même pas se présenter.
