Hello,
I am the captain of a team and some of my members have lost their password and the e-mail adress they have given for their registration, so they have create a new account. But the problem is that I have members in my team who's not active and who will never be active again so I want to remove them. How should I do please? Thanks |

It's not really a bad thing to have inactive members, even those who never return.

You don't need to be able to remember the email address to recover your password. You do still need access to the email account, though. Click on "forgot password", and it will ask for your member name.
World Community Grid have a lot of recovery options. If you forgot your member name, you can put in your email address, and your member name will be emailed to you. If you prefer not to have your password emailed to you (the default), you can change this to a challenge question using the sign-in manager. If you have forgotten your member name and email address, then we can usually help you work out your member name. Just ask, and we will do our best. If you no longer have access to the email account you registered with, and you also forgot your password, then that is a problem. To avoid this happening, keep your email address up to date. |
