Problem with FAAH task

Hi all,

I have task which restart at 2.081% to 1.9%. I don't understand why but what can i do to signal it ?

Hi Kalite,

No this is in 99,999% of the cases normal and happens at every docking step where the program is trying to find the optimal low energy (watch the line graphs). Once it's decided that it found it, or there is no improvement it moves on. In short, just let it run.
