I cannot use the snooze mode, when I click the loge it does not show any thing except the agent is running. I am running XP with service pack 2 installed. Since my computer is on 24/7 and I use it about 6 hours per day I need to be able to use the full capacity when I am on it. Any suggestions?

Hi htaylor001!
The snooze function should work, but it defaults to snooze for only 5 minutes. You can change the setting on the Preferences Screen (the little check mark on the Agent). You can see if it actually snoozes by opening you task manager and looking at the WCGrid_Rosetta process. The CPU usage should drop from 99 (50 if you use Hyperthreading) to 0. I hope this helps. |

The agent will remain in the system tray though. By default, the snooze time is 5 minutes. You can change this by opening the agent, clicking the Preferences button (checkmark) and sertting a different snooze time there. You can also simply exit the agent and restart it later by clicking the icon in either the startup folder or Start->Program Files->World Community Grid->World Community Grid Agent - Rick
