Here is the output list as seen on screen. I'm trying to schedule a reboot of the box, but it may be a few days. I've included the latest "startup" of the agent, plus a "ping" check to ensure name resolution.

Hi, krevels. I notice that all the affected work unit(s) are DDDT, and that all the dates are 14th July. On that date, there was a temporary issue with the DDDT workflow, documented here: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=21323
A few work units may have been stomped on when fixing the problem, perhaps. Anyway, abort the work units that can't download (or let them expire). Please let us know if the problem continues or recurs. Thank you, and apologies for the inconvenience. |

I "reset" via bringing up the GUI, hence clearing it completely, and "boinco", things appear to be working normally. Your observation that it appeared to be related to DDDT was the key.

Hi evebody,
----------------------------------------I have the same download problem with DDDT units. Each time this happen, i get the message : Temporarily failed download of dddt0602d0189_xxxxxxx_ZINC0xxxxxxxxxx-0000.pdbqt: file not found (xxxxxx is different every time). When this happen, it is always with DDDT units. This is a real problem because when this happen, my PC does not download any other unit before the one that does not work is complet (but it never complet). I lost more then 24 hours with a Quad Core last week-end as i was not at home and this happen. Same waste of time when this happen while i'm at work. For info, i reboot my PC and my modem every day. My Dell Quad Core is running with Vista. Is there a fix for that problem or are you looking at it ? |

What BOINC version are you running?
----------------------------------------Is your DNS set to automatic? Why it would only happen to DDDT is riddling, but there have been a few issues with this project and work distribution in the past 2 weeks, so it may be coincidental. If this happens frequently, suggest to up your Additional Buffer (local Prefs) aka Cache (Website device profile) to e.g. 1.5 or 2 days. This way, even when uploading fails again, at least the machine wont idle until your return.
