Just joined up. First Read. First Post. First Response. Too LOUD.

Why is it that just about everywhere you go online these days it appears that others think that LOUD is synonymous with being Bold or creative, or thoughful, etc, etc?

If it's already coloured in red there's no need for it to be UNDERLINED, is there now?
