Help! Accidently created a duplicate ID
Hi,

I couldn't figure out why I didn't have any of my old points when I put my new computer on the World Community Grid and have just realized that I have created a duplicate ID, ChristineMH (without any spaces). I am just about to finish my first work unit on my new computer. Is there anyway I can merge the two accounts to keep the credit?

Hello Christine MH,
Before you return results, exit BOINC. Uninstall BOINC. Reinstall BOINC, for your old member name. I think that will work. The work file is not deleted.

Still, I have never tried this, so it might not work.
