status of proteome project

Hey ... I have been working exclusively on the rice project and just had a proteome packet delivered. Are you guys running behind or something?

fkehoetx - did you change your profile settings to only work on the rice project or are the defaults (which should be work on all projects) still in effect? Unless you changed the settings you should by default receive WU's from all active projects

Re: status of proteome project

Hello fkehoetx,
If you have selected run only NRW and Run any project if no work is available, this could indicate that the NRW buffer ran out. The server has to be fed manually whenever the buffer runs low. It is not a totally automatic process, so this does happen occasionally.
