I'm logged in and try again, Still get the same error message.
Okay. I will have to add a caveat to my previous post... It is possible (unfortunately) that if a member is not logged in, and goes to the download page during the stats update, the login will time out and give the message that was mentioned in the posts above. I will add some logging to the web site to try to determine how often this is happening. Our goal is to make the download page available to all members at all times, so if this is occurring frequently, we will look into ways to fix it. |

----------------------------------------What are you trying to access when you get "the same error message"? Yesterday you said that you had installed OK. You will get this error message whenever you try to access statistics during one of the two daily database updates, and from the time of your message you were just at the end of the night one (it lasts about 2 hours 20 mn nowadays). The midday one is shorter, less than one hour and a half. Cheers. Jean. |

Yes, I had installed it from direct download link that day. But I still got the error message when I clicked "download now" in home page even if I had signed in.
