When running "dddt" I have several times - after close to 100 hours runs - received the messages that files dddt___2 and dddt____3 are missing! I get no credit for the results ... What can I do to avoid this happening?

Can you post us the message log from BOINC that shows that announcement, say about 20 lines from before and after that alert line. The information is stored in the stdoutdae.txt file in the BOINC program or data directory.
