! I searched through the forum archives before posting this so, if it's been posted before, please link me back to the proper thread.
That said, I would like to see support for multiple monitor / display systems. Currently, I am running three displays and #2 and #3 sit blank while the WCG graphics display on #1. I think it would probably be simple to have the graphics display mirrored on each screen. ( I know it's simple in C# and VB, at least. ) Also, I am running a multiple-core system, so ideally I would like to see an option to choose which graphics to show on each display. Perhaps a solution could be found in creating a "middle man" program that piped the screensaver graphics to each monitor. Anyone interested in exploring this route: your input is appreciated. andrewkozak |

This question I've seen a number of times on the Berkeley developers forum. Seemingly not readily. Let me find the answer.

And it is "Depends" and was posted in a Sticky item: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/forum_thread.php?id=2056#12127 I just edited that post there. Good one. Um no, BOINC 6 won't be able to do it either. As I said in the post on the BOINC Dev forums, the graphics now are in OpenGL 1.0, in BOINC 6 they will still be OpenGL 1.0 for backward compatibility with older systems. One would need at least OpenGL 2.0 with an OpenGL 2.0 compliant videocard to be able to do it.
