I have a number of machines that have units stuck in uploading. Everything seems to process fine but 2-6 units are stuck uploading. I have tried to update and new units waiting to report upload and new units download. Thse machines have Win 2k, Win XP and Vista. Allare running BOINC 5.10.45. This is my message log.

I see that and that was the message from the machine I just rebooted. But I have had the problem on multiople machines since 3am. Here is the log from my Vista mache, no maitnenace underway message but stuck in upload.

There is still an issue with uploads. I have it as well. The techs know about it and have posted a message in the read only known issues area at the top of the forum. They should advise when it is fixed. It is apparently part of the earlier server problem.

Thanks, I did not see that message. I currently have 31 work units on nine machines that have been stuck from early this morning and I am hoping that I am not going to loose all of that work.

You shouldn't lose anything......just leave Boinc alone and when the upload servers are fixed everything will start moving again naturally.

It looks like the servers are back on line. Some my PCs have just completed the uploading process some are still pending.

You are right. It looks like everything has cleaned up fine. I was worried becasue I thought I might lose 31 work units, but they look like they all were sent....thanks

It worked for awhile, but looks like it starting to crap out again. The forum is running very slow again, so I may not be able to post much more. Here comes the weekend... I still have uploads running ... @ 1.26 kbps and 0.96 kbps.  It may take all weekend.    |
