Tasks

Well first I want to say I wish the statistics were right.

But I want to know why under the tasks tab, 2 tasks are running. I have a duel core processor, is that why two tasks are running at the same time? They both have a different CPU times, one is about 3 seconds behind the other, and they both have different to completion times too. And if they are both running at the same time are the CPU times going to be added so I get twice the CPU time in any given time.

Re: Tasks

Indeed.

Having a dual core is just like having two processors.

Re: Tasks

NOW you understand. biggrin BOINC can multiply the power over UD, which could only use one core. laughing
