I think everyone in the UK should leave what ever team they are in and join the team called:
UK we already have about 125 members ! We need more ! |

I hate to say this but I shall. I love my country as I hope others love thiers but this constant drum beat of my country over your country begins to sound like passages right out of "The Little Prince". The drum beat is only good as long as it serves to draw good people together to do great things together. We prevert the good it could be.
----------------------------------------One day I hope we all wake up and understand it isn't our country or thier country just as it isn't our world- we are only renters at best, squatters at worst - some would wish the landlord to show up, only those that own thier own are without fault should wish this. None, truely understands the application of perfect justice and then the application of perfect mercy, more cutting than the sharpest razor each shall be lain open, each person's secret beliefs, actions shall be measured against thier true motives and desires. Each belief and action shall be heaved up stripped of the lies we even tell ourselves for why we do or don't do, for the person to examine and explain in the glare of pure absolute justice. Then after justice shall pure mercy be applied, not forgiveness, mercy as guided by justice. All should hope that the real landlord doesn't show up, patience has and is being shown. Good luck with your team.though personally......I find the idea of global friendships and trans-continental team building much more rewarding.
When I created a Team GB at grid I positively encouraged friends from all over the world to join us. It adds to the fun, and the success of the team. Simply having a team for each country would bo sooooooo boring........in a sense one already has that simply by looking at project global stats. |
