Please note: The management structure of our own forums has been changed, and only registered team members will now be considered for the positions of Moderator and/or above. This has been done to reward those who provide the greater input. We currently have vacancies for the following. 1 x Administrator. 1 x Super Moderator. 2 x Moderators. Any team member may apply for any of the vacant positions irrespective of their date of joining the team, or of how many/few points they may have, personality and attitude being considered more important than high scores. Applications should be made within our own forums, not here. ----------------------------------------

Why does everyone seem to think that the already big teams have got to be the best? If no one gives the smaller teams a chance, how are they to grow? Come on people, join a team full of members who care more about other people than about stats.
