Hi,
i had installed BOINC-MassInstall (5.10.20) to a Win2k-Maschine without problems, on a XP Machine this happend:
Sorry for that big Post, but had no idea what is Important. Yesterday I reached my Day-Limit with that error The enviroment: Drive O is Prohibid in Explorer for View and Access (The Graphic-Files from Project-Server are saved with no Problems) Dive C should soon get Deep Freeze or Similar (search for other Programs ;-) Service User is the local Administration-Account any Hints? If that doesn't solve the problem, please feel free to repost the log to see whether any messages are different.

----------------------------------------It's the identical error as discussed in a FAAH thread: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=18984 Giving up on download of faah_protease_5.42.dat: file not found several more have reported this and it's being highlighted to the technicians. If you have the file on another client, copy it over and things are likely to run. Else deselect FAAH momentarily in your Device profile and select one or more of the other projects. Hopefully it gets resolved as soon as a tech comes in on Monday. Those with existing installs do not have the problem. The file is one time setup download for this project. As for the version you mention, the log actually says 5.10.22 and a line is in the messages proposing to upgrade to 5.10.30. Get it from the WCG download page if you want. ciao
