I would like even more consistency, but this is within the normal range of variation. Hopefully it averages out to a smooth function over many work units. I am trying to follow this thread to see what the problem is. Right now I still have not grasped it. Lawrence |

Hi Papa3,
These compounds are from experiments that docked little bitty fragments (that don't have much flexibility or chemical complexity) as probes. The other experiments involve much bigger, more complex, much more flexible compounds, which are much, much more difficult/time-consuming to dock. My $0.02, Dr. Alex Perryman |

Hi Folks,
I'm kind of reassured to discover this thread as it appears to have something in common with https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=19026. The project to which I am referring in this thread is also FAAH. BTW, the WU still hasn't completed. It's been running for 20hr 37mins and has 5hr 59mins to completion according to the BOINC client (version 5.10.30). JPC |

I don't know whether I might be really helping because this might be too obvious but, anyway, try defragmenting the driver where BOINC is installed.
