HI,
----------------------------------------hmmm FreeBSD is not a supported platform but if you've properly set it up to make WCG think its a Linux box it will send work. There are a few threads discussing FreeBSD at length for the do's and dont's. As for DDDT sticking, are u using the GUI interface aka BOINCmgr? Is the WCG science still consuming CPU time? Are there any mrelevant log entries in the BOINCmgr message window? Maybe a successful FreeBSD user can help you further. sorry.
WCG

Think one of commands to check CPU use is 'top'
----------------------------------------http://linux.about.com/b/2008/02/06/the-top-c...computer-is-busy-with.htm some have reported that the process was stuck in 'too nice' basically not doing anything. The 60 minutes rule only applies if you have more projects other than WCG attached to your client. Does it? If so, kill the DDDT and see if thinks move on.
