Got to go to a Birthday Party now. For those of you 'just seeing' this thread, join us. If you are crunching on your own, please consider joining us. 'tis more fun to be part of a small yet very dedicated Team crunching away to cure these horrible diseases and also discover solutions that need to be addressed. This little planet called Earth needs *much* more help by having many more of you to use your unneeded cpu cycles. We can do this. We must do this. 'tis very difficult just being in the Top 100 Teams here at The World Community Grid. Kinda like being one of those 300 Spartans at Thermopylae many centuries ago. Yet this time, it isn't a battle between nations. It's these horrible diseases that are just slaughtering much of us; in this day and age. History beckons us. All of us at the WCG are doing great things here to finally solve these dreaded Cures and finding better Solutions. All of the great Teams. Time for all of us to make a huge difference. Sorry if this sounds like a commercial as I really detest ads and commercials. Our World has way too much of that unfortunately. "Teh Interweb" continues on that miserable course day by day. Here, we can crunch and hope that all these discoveries come to us soon. It's the Year 2011. And it's about time in more ways than one ...  |
