Back in November I got the gold badge for HCC. Since then, I've been chasing after other badges on other projects. But I still feel there is more to do for this project, so I'm changing my strategy and coming back with a new milestone: reach 100 days for HCC. I'll probably be doing this also for HFCC & HCMD2 since these project also are at their EOL and I have the gold for these also.

No mention of the 300 million validated results we passed on September 21, but now another good reason to bump: [GPU crunching], as expressed in the darker blue plot-line: http://bit.ly/WCGHCC

Sek: These GPU WU should really help kick the living hell out of the work to be done on this project. The cancer apps have always been the ones that grabbed my heart and excellent to see what these GPU's are doing..

A first full day at the GPU races, and the crunching chart already suffered from extreme curve stretch. From 225,000 a day to 463,855 validated on October 11. Mean run time dropped from 1.52 to 0.77 hours and there's another line that turned red and went through the roof. See http://bit.ly/WCGHCC (Fortunately, the Y-Axis scaling is recomputed daily...
