Re: Congratulations on passing 500,000 results.

Hello, hello! It's getting warmer up here in scandinavia and I'm already yearning for cold winter. Don't know why though, I guess it is in human nature to miss those good moments that are already gone .. Not that summer wouldn't be fun to have already!

13 cores sound really nice. In these times of even number of cores (dual, quad and hexa) your mention makes me wonder, where did you found that extra core? biggrin

2,2,2,1,4,1,1. Heh, most of them are older. I've only had one fall in the line of duty. My first comp i bought, a celeron 667 fell last year. After some hours on the table, was pronounced dead, and organs donated to the greater good.

Ha, I use 3 and a half core. Limiting energy on my laptop to keep the heat within limits.

Yee, laptops are a bit trickier. Mine's just a single core p3, but i have it limited to 60%. It just gets too hot otherwise.

biggrin Re: Congratulations on passing 500,000 results.

i just built a sempi lappy with windows 7. Worked great right up to the point the heat destroyied the OS. From the looks of it though, chasing heat problems in a lappy you need duplicate working system and swap parts.
.
My problems with thesystems I have coming, its they are all nightmare systems. 1 duel core systems ends up crashing still with all the parts swaped. Another has an IDE disk that is preventing the OS from seeing it, no matter the master/slave jumper.
.
This means that my frontroom now looks like a computer store again.

Team graphs page

I just noticed I had a typo on the page that displayed the same graph twice instead of the one I wanted and no one mentioned it in over a year.

I think the last graph is the most telling. The average length per work unit is continuing down, showing the greater power of the individual PCs on the grid. Nice work.
Thanks
