Um, huh, so, I guess I am switching my clients to no more new tasks for now. I will check my powerbills early october and decide if I want to continue or not... Till then! Whats wrong? It sounds like his electric bill is 'out of control'. Since our power company filed for Bankruptcy, their rates have nearly tripled. It used to be they had to justify a rate increase through the (elected) Public Service Commission. After filing Bankruptcy, all they have to do is send some bogus numbers to a judge and he raises rates. |

Meaning that my power bill is so high in relationship to the pre-Enron days, it makes you wonder who is getting rich at our expense. But I think he was referring to the post about the current crew list. if there is any concern, the reason for ship's rank here is to allow sub-op's that are beyond the normal crunching. The list of hierarchy is: Captain (Capt.) - Commanding officer Lieutenant Commander (Lt. Cmdr.) - Chief executive officer Lieutenant (Lt.) - Operations officer Lieutenant Junior Grade (Lt. JG) - Assistant Lieutenant. Ensign (Esn.) - Detail Officer The two VIP positions are more honorary, but have their value. Roger is Ship's Champion. He acts if I am dishonored or if I’m found to be acting without regard to male honor issues. Otherwise he need do is crunch like a bat out of [heck]. Gen. Patton is our spirit officer. He is a VIP by virtue of the fact he out ranks me. This means that if he is on deck, I'm to brandish full military flourishes. But he is not in command. Hehehe, realy it means that you are quite literaly the "honor guard". You protect my honor as my personal guard, but more so, you protect the ship from worry about any seeming honor issues that may arise by having a female captain.
