Re: Weekend half over!

PS Dont worry about the lack of wide angle Use the "Photostich" after a little practice it works well

I like photostitch. I had it with my old camera which was a Canon too. I have just done the upgrade to using the new Zoombrowser software that the newer G9 came with and there are a few extras there too. cool

I think it makes more sense to use it than buy a lens attachment. smile

Behave now Ted . Or you wont make
Pencil Monitor
Let alone
Register Monitor
Milk Monitor
Board Rubber Monitor

Alas alack
Those post's are no doubt no more
'spect the Register is done 'lectronicly
The board rubber is no more cause you cant have BLACK boards with chalk* , doesn't matter that they went Green board some years ago And now its all white boards with chemical felt tip pens
and since Thatcher took the 1/3rd pint of milk away no more Milk monitors sad
Pencil monitor Carbon foot prints have eliminated them
RIP HB..........

*

Think they have to be termed Chalk boards now to be PC

Re: Weekend half over!

LOL
That's quite apt Tony
Our Head Master was a Mr William Heal

He lived about two miles from school In Marlpit Hill & was a little rotund gentleman
walked with a spring in his step smile
His nickname was "bouncer bill"
In the town there was a gents hair dressers.
One of three this one was Run by Charlie Chapman between customers he repaired radios, clocks, Tractors, Bycles and any thing mechanical also played a mean Gitar....

'tother ones were number two
Dick Harrison an Arfur Daley look a like complete with camel hair coat and trilby ...
A hair cut there took ages as he was always disturbed taking little slips of paper ????
This was pre booking shops becoming legal he a was Part time Bookie and now is a full time turf accountant or at least the name lives on.
The Third was Mr Henderson
He would cut you hair just how you wanted it .......... Depending of course on the style of pudding basin you bought with you sad .
Short back and sides was an option but mostly he went for the scalped look I dont think he had any side lines, not even anything for the weekend

brylcreem and an itchy back till you got home .....

+++++++++++++++
Meanwhile back to our hero's Den & John

One day being silly callow youth's a pal and I thought it a jolly Lunch time jape to pop into Charlies ( who welcomed us after skool and taught us lots about Lectricery and mechanical things )

& For some reason to pop our heads in the door and shout
"Baldy big head"
(These Things seem okay at the time)

Off we go to dinner
come back to Skool in afternoon
to receive a call to Headmasters office
I will give you three, nay two , Nah not even one guess as to who was sitting in the barbers chair when we uttered those words ?????

yep Bouncer Bill
Now the prob was as posed by good ole Bouncer
who was Baldy big head???
him the headmaster
Or Charlie ? Both follicly challenged

Dilemma did we insult the headmaster or a respected member of the local community

I think we just admitted complete stupidity

as in, we did this Evey lunch time sad and it was very unfortunate that you were in the receiving line
