Network activity is suspended - user is active

Hi all. Even when my computer is sitting idle I get messages from the BOINC agent saying that Network activity is suspended because the user is active every couple of minutes or so. Any ideas as to why this would be happening? I am running Windows XP SP2. I am running BOINC Version 5.10.20 currently. Thank you.

Hello jgreenough,
The first thing to check are your preferences. Go to My Grid - Device Manager - (selected profile) and read what you have set in your profile. If that does not explain it, then bring up BOINC Manager - Advanced - Preferences to see what your local settings are. Be sure to read the Messages log in BOINC.
