I am not gone, just dealing with competing demands of my time when I am not roasting avocados over the campfire and scratching Puppy's belly.

This was the original regimen:

SNURK and Friends is presently safely in position 9 and should make it into round 2 of the Thor Challenge.
A few of us departed early to help push SeriousCrunchers into position 18 so that sujo1's team is still in the running for our trek there during round 2 of the Thor Challenge in the beginning of October. They will need our help and more to break into the top 10.

I fear that flodisar and friends at The International Team will not make it into round 2. Thus our members may be severely tempted to assist another team vying for top 3 during round 3 of the Thor Challenge, myself included. I may only be donating cycles to The International Team the last few days of October after round 3 of the Thor Challenge has concluded. Thus I have changed the advertisement in all 971 of my siggys to call for support of The International Team.

I would like to add to the thanks given to OldChap for giving little mermaid a much deserved badge boost.

I didn't think it would be as much fun crunching with SeriousCrunchers and The International Team if we couldn't keep them in the Thor Challenge and the contest raged on without us. The latest Thor Challenge update:

SNURK and Friends remains in position 9.
SeriousCrunchers remains in position 18.
The International Team has leaped ahead to position 22 from position 27.

I believe that this is the final 24 hours in round 1 of the Thor Challenge. Can the Base Campers get all 3 teams into the top 20 so that they can continue into round 2? LM has enlisted help from OldChap for The International Team. Are there any other Base Campers willing to lend come cycles to help LM and myself get Captain flodisar and The International Team to round 2?
