applause Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

I think we covered that...see above.
Yes!
It cannot go all wrong now as long as you remember
never to leave home without checking the battery status cool

And all 5 lens fit in my camera bag! smile

But I forgot...I have 6 lens. sad

But the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM Zoom Lens came with it's own case. So, if I put it there, the Canon 70-300mm IS USM II Lens should fit in the camera bag. Problem solved! smile

Yes, stefada, you say so. I listen.
You know more about this than I do smile
OK, BladeD, all that photo gear is loaded and all in that one bag.
All we need now is PHOTOS biggrin

Good Morning Base Campers!
Sorry, no changes.
Same great crew plus somebody's - not BladeD's - puppy asking for more treats.
Let me introduce puppy to Crunchie - our Base Camp mascot.

Did you ever meet Crunchie, NixChix?
Nothing much to add
- Thursday dance excercise began again after the summer break.

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

I better get some real food for Puppy. He is going to get sick eating so many treats. My/our "puppy", a german shepard mix is now 5 years old.

There are not very many cats in my area. The coyotes (wild dogs) come down from the hills and consider cats and small dogs part of their diet. Dogs are snatched while on a walk. The leash is what saves them. Crunchie would not last long on a visit to me.

Cheers coffee

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

NixChix, that sounds downright scary with the cyotes. Would you characterize your area as rural or urban?
Here the limit is ’city foxes’ who fourage everywhere they can get away with it.
However, the worst that happen with them is the kill-off at a chicken coop.

Good Morning Base Campers!
Thank you for chugging along here. The biggest event is probably the Dentastix NixChix got for Puppy.
That’s what dogs I know get for treats doubling as toothbrushes.
Our runtime graph looks like this:

Very even – more and more columns reaching same height.
We still offer this nice badge as a reward to any cruncher who will join this trek with MOT
and donate as little as one WU.

I understand KLiK wants the bragging threads to be void of conversation of any kind.
It was my impression that some 75% of those I made a congratulation posts to liked it.
But I’ll stop that as I stopped inviting crunchers from other teams
to go Base Camping with us in their team threads which some has found offensive recruiting.
I think, I ought to limit my anarchistic behavior and limit my activity in general.
I shall not deny that I find it sad, though.
This Forum could be on its way to be as much fun as DDR with Erich Honecker as head of state.

On the other hand I have much more going on in real life than I had six weeks ago limiting available time
I may or may not begin congratulating the ’braggers and achievers’ in this thread instead in order not to offend
biggrin Let me start by celebrating my own turning a gold Smash Small Childhood Cancer into a ruby one.

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Just to clarify for Ms Trish Reagan of Fox News

Transparency International's Corruption Perception Index 2017 rank
Venezuela #169, USA #16, Denmark #2

World Justice Project's Rule of Law Index
Venezuela #113, USA #19, Denmark #1

Gini index - dealing with income inequality
Venezuela rose
USA pink
Denmark dark green

biggrin and now also up and rising in
FIFA Men's football (soccer) ranking
Venezuela #31, USA #22, Denmark #9, but Croatia #4

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Thank you, BladeD smile
Your congratulation with your Small Children Cancer 5 year diamond sits in the celebration thread
- but do have a rose here as well.
Congratulations BladeD rose
I'm not on Twitter - I understand it's for people able to express themselves in few words which excludes me laughing
But thank you for your idea; I did post the above facts on my Facebook.
I think - if Ms Trish Reagan should happen to see them - they would affect her the way water affects a goose.

Good Afternoon Base Campers!
Stability.
Stability is the key word for this trek.
We're the same crew and we pull roughly the same every day.
Very well done.

It's hard to talk business this way so let me give you a bit of chit chat.
My friend who used to head the two reading groups I inherited for her celebrated her 75-year birthday
by inviting her friends on a picnic. We were some 20 women her own age
walking three fairly strenuous miles to a coffee table with open sandwiches, layer cakes (big ones), and champagne
to refresh us before we walked the same three strenuous mile back .... a very enjoyable day. love struck
