No, but to second guess that you have some permission clash on your system, AV or Firewall interfering or simply an instable system. I've learned to boot periodically to restore system sanity and look thru the security logs.
----------------------------------------The particular error was reported also in several other threads. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=17413#140841 http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=17504#141972 Visit the Result Status page and clicking on the link in the status column to bring up the work unit log and see if it compares. If the column gives something other than Invalid or Error, you'd have to wait until quorum is complete and validation can be performed.

Your observations sound logical but I don't have the problem on other projects and it happens about 50% of the time on HCC.
