How's Olivia? Getting better, I hope. If you really want to reach other WCG folks, go to the Teams page in forums, instead of Caring and Sharing, and invite folks over here. Because we care, we do not ordinarily divulge information about members health outside of Caring and Sharing. Once in Teams, you can invite folks over here if you need to be more personal! Love to all... Love brings all earthly karma to an end... |

You're not foolish little Christine!
Do you read your emails? I sent you 123 how to put a link on your desktop.... Maybe I wasn't clear enough sweetheart and should do it again if you want me to. Maybe I did 469 instead Thank you Dears who have written to me and thought of me. You are very sweet. My Joe and I are fighting my illness like tigers and so are my doctors. I feel well and that is the truth...'though I'd rather sleep than any thing else. We haven't mentioned that I have recurring attacks of shingles in my eye and that's very painful but believe it or not my doctor keeps bringing back my vision when I think it's absolutely hopeless. I use very strong cortisone drops and antibiotics besides an ointment and the usual wetting drops, and I must wear a contact 24 hours. My original attack of shingles was 12 yeas ago. There is a vaccine to prevent one from getting Shingles now, and of course my friends have taken it.....but it was not soon enough for Joe's Boss who died of Shingles. Please don't read this as grim. As with any disease, if there is a cure we want to know about it. I love you all. John, thank you for starting this thread. Thank you all for your kind thoughts. Oh Olivia ,
 I love you soo very much - you make me luff and cry and when I see one of your posts I am so filled with joy coz I know you were well enuff to post and you were thinking about me.I miss the girls soo much and at the moment I am in Melbourne. Quantas airline engeneers are on strike again and I miss Frieda also (and Peter) I am soo lucky to have them asking me to go back - I shall , as soon as I see to things here. Shingles is TERRIBLE!!! I get it around my waist and it drives me around the bend.  And I gave Missy the Chicken Pox with my shingles .I pray and hope with all my heart that you feel better and I would take shingles in my eye if it would leave your eye in peace so that you feel comfortable and well |
