By the way, on Dec 4th, we did break 400,000 points for the day, with 402,629. The very next day we followed that with 399,643. Oh, so close. Since then we haven't come quite as close (but have stayed above 350k!), probably because people are picking up some of the Clean Energy work units which can take a while to chew through.

Not wrong... I've only got 2 part-time PCs running this and one of them is a bit old so takes it's time with the heftier WUs. However, I've just checked my stats and I chewed through over 4 days of work in one calendar day yesterday! I don't think the slow one will return anything today as one of the Clean Energy ones is at 57% after 49.5 hours.

Should give an significant boost in a couple of days time anyway.

Glad to be giving the world an opportunity to work in a cleaner way... in decades to come we will look back at the 20th Century and think how crazy we were to be burning coal and oil when there are such abundant sources so close at hand... we just needed to improve the efficiency of collection and use. I imagine our children's children may look back at our present energy use in the same way we look back at medieval medicine?
