I was lost and now I'm found! Thought I was the last living member of Mom's family until I got a call from California last night. A first cousin 40 years older than me thought SHE was the last, but decided to trace the names for a geneology project and called looking for info on Mom [now dead]. Everyone had always thought this cousin was dead as she moved away and hadn't contacted anyone since before I was born. Turns out I have a first cousin, 2 second cousins and a third cousin in California! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!    Cool, could there be a reunion in the making?  |

I've been informed I shoulda posted first cousin, first cousins once removed and first cousins twice removed.
 It's an odd thing to hear what sounds like your dead mom's voice on the phone, only to discover an unknown cousin who went to school with her!  |
