records show that you registered 21 days ago, but no results have been returned from your computer. This means that your computer is not participating in any research projects.
If you are surprised to learn this, then that means you thought your registration went fine, and you were an active volunteer. If this is the case, then we encourage you to contact us by replying to this email so that we can investigate why your registration did not complete successfully. |

Hello,
When you pull up the grid agent what do you see? I assume you are running the BOINC agent. If so, go to the advanced view to see what Projects you are attached to. It should show your member name on the same row as World Community Grid. If not, you will want to click Tools -> Attach to Project. This will ask you a few question like our website address and you member name and password. Please watch these windows as you will need to make sure it succeeds. If you have finished attaching to the project, you can go back to simple view by selecting View -> Simple View -U |
