I have just heard on the news that Burma have disabled the internet. Will this impact WCG significantly?

Re: Burma

Hello crooks_uk,
Statistics shows 11 registered members who have selected Myanmar as their country. Of course, if I lived in Myanmar, I would choose to be unobtrusive by leaving my nationality blank, because drawing attention to myself might be unwise. Still, the total number of members in Myanmar / Burma is probably small.

The Burmese government apparently cut internet access today in an attempt to staunch the flow of pictures and messages from protesters reaching the outside world.

Very very scary.

What little information I have indicates that their Bank(s) were nationalized by the government quite some time ago. I doubt the bank IP's have been impacted.
