Can't download a work unit.
Hi!

Being new here I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem downloading a work unit.

I use a cable connection, and keep getting the agent paused message whenever I try to download my first WU.

If you have considered the suggestions on http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/join_now/agent_paused.html then the next thing is to check your system requirements. Do you have 200 MB of virtual memory available for the program? Do you have at least 128 MB RAM? Please describe your system, OS and security programs. Does your firewall log show any problems?

There are plenty of people willing to help, but we will need some information to start.
